3. Offer and conclusion contract

The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with a confirmation immediatley after receiving your order. This order confirmation is displayed on the website and at the same time sent by email.

3.3 The contract is concluded exclusively in german.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 No right of withdrawal for the dated tickets

Revocation, exchange and reimbursment of the dated online tickets are excluded. (§ 312gAbs2)

4.2. Right of withdrawal vouchers and goods

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

4.3 Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will return all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediatley and at the latest fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediatley and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract- The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for the loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

5. Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the article pages contain the statutory value added tax and other price components. The voucher is sent via email and is available for the recipient to print out. It is not intended to be snet by post.

6. Voucher conditions and validity

a) The voucher can only be redeemed for the amount paid for the voucher and expressly not after the service specified on the voucher.

b) When using the payment method Giropay, Credit Card, PayPal, Instant Bank Transfer, a voucher is valid immediatley after the order and can be redeemed on the same day.

c) The voucher is usually valid for 3 years. The validity of special offers or promotions can be limited. Further information and the expiry date can be found on the voucher.

d) The provider of the voucher only redeems vouchers that have been paid for in full.

e) A cash return payment of the voucher value is not possible.

f) Vouchers can only be used for admisson.

g) The vocuher can only be redeemed if it is presented to the provider of the vouvher in digital or printed form on the day of redemption.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment can be made either by Giropay, credit card, PayPal or instant transfer.
7.2 If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details at the end of the order process and in the order confirmation by email and send the goods to our account after clear receipt of payment.
7.3 You are only entitled to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.
7.4 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

8. Data protection

The customers data is requested, saved and used as customer data exclusively for processing of the order. The basis for this are the relevant data protection provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

9. Dispute Settlement and Consumer Dispute Settlement Act

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
